Grade 8's and 9's Finished Sewing Projects!

Our grade 8's and 9's had an opportunity this year to work with Mrs. Lindley, an amazing seamstress from our community who volunteered her time to teach sewing skills. The students learned how to set up the sewing machines, how to pick complimentary colours and basic sewing skills. The students made individual blocks that were all put together into three gorgeous quilts that were raffled off at our end of the year ceremony. Congratulations to our lucky winners!
